Whenever we invite guests over, Janice will prepare about 6x too much food, but she has a reputation of really feeding the people well. I too found the combination of a 6/7 course meal and an upcoming 20k interesting. The last time we went out for a meal where our palettes where cleanse with sorbet, also served sweet ice tea in mason jars. Now that is what I call "fine-dining."
