My grandmother had two pecan trees in her yard (and a black walnut!! ... hard to find black walnuts that are affordable) and some years we got literally a handful of pecans. Other years they were almost ankle deep in the yard. I'd love to have a bite of those apples in that picture! I don't care much for apples, but I will eat a Golden Delicious as they actually live up to their name. I’m sure there’s a biblical principal in this!
