I actually read "Mein Kampf" being the WW2 buff that I am. I like the Hymn book choice for the Island but, but if you’re marooned by yourself, won’t that mean that you’ll be singing a “solo?” Can we do that kind of (tongue in cheek) thing?

Have a good day my missionary brother.

I want to fill out this list, but it's going to take some thought. Hard to narrow it down. I'm also not sure that I want to admit to all of the Stephen King that I've read.

You like Dave Barry? I love his stuff! Did you know you can subscribe to a weekly article by him? Though they are all reruns, they are still very funny. I have several of his books and love his humor.

Atta boy!

Yes, Killer Angels is an excellent choice--poignant beyond comprehension. There's just something about those Civil War stories.

#6 is intriguing. I too have a copy of that thick tome, and occasionally turn to it when I'm "sorting things out" and want to know what "others thought" throughout the ages.
